Last night was the first setup nite for LimmudBoston 2012. After a year of preparation, we finally saw the many volunteers who had written, called, texted and twieeted their interest.  What a treat! I pulled up to Mishkan Tefila with a car filled to the roof: stickers, badges, shirts & bags.  Many hands make lighter work. 

We also met two of our first cohort of LimmudBoston Fellows. Audrey, is a cantorial student at Hebrwe College. Dani is in the Brandeis DeLet program, and will be working with the older Camp Limmud kids.

Of course, it was Jweish geography galore to place stickers on name badges. I know him! I know her! One person said, “He just had a baby–today!”  Sometimes a name sounds families–but in that room, there was almost always a person who knew a person who had actually met the…

Tonight, sign-hanging night, I will bring my camera!
