Welcome to Camp Tevya, a spirited Jewish overnight camp! We are a co-ed, enthusiastic community that celebrates fun, self-confidence and “forever friends,” and one of three camps in the Cohen Camps family. Founded in 1940, Tevya welcomes campers from throughout the Northeast, including both new friends and many children of alumni.

Situated on the shores of Lake Potanipo in southern New Hampshire, Tevya offers a classic New England summer, full of energy, sports and activities, from waterskiing to tennis to soccer to talent shows. Our counselors encourage our campers to take chances, to try new things, and to experience the satisfaction of accomplishment every day. Campers discover the joy of a large, lively community that lives deeply connected to Israel and our shared Jewish heritage and values. We encourage our campers to reach their ultimate potential by being active, acquiring new skills, learning to be part of a community, and challenging themselves with new experiences. Campers are exposed to a wide variety of land and water sports, and creative and performing arts to learn new skills and perfect ones they already have.
