Gather to show your support for Israel at an outdoor rally: BOSTON SUPPORTS ISRAEL
EVERYONE is invited to join with us, one of the co-sponsors of the event, and the other organizations listed below this Friday, July 18, at 4:00 pm, outside the Boston Common Visitor Center (139 Tremont Street near West Streets Park St. T-Srop) to support the people of Israel!
We call upon all supporters of human rights to stand with the millions of Israelis who have been subject to over 1,000 rocket attacks in the past week alone to let the world know that we stand with Israel and its right to defend its citizens from terror. No country should be expected to remain passive in the face of thousands of rockets targeting its civilians.
Every time the internationally-recognized Hamas terrorist group launches a missile loaded with warheads at Israeli cities like Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and Haifa, Israelis have as little as 15 seconds from when the air raid siren sounds to find shelter.
We call upon the US Government to pressure Hamas to cease all hostilities and start building better lives for their people, allowing for coexistence to take hold in the Middle East.
Among the speakers scheduled are the Counsel General of Israel to New England, Yehuda Yaakov, CJP President Barry Shrage, and the Co-Chair of the Israel American Council, Ilan Segev,
IMPORTANT – The event will provide signs and flags. No other signs will be allowed. And please, avoid confrontation, this must be a peaceful, orderly, demonstration for the good of all.
