In 1915, in his will, Sholem Aleichem asked his family and friends to remember him by telling his stories and recalling his name “with laughter or not at all.”
In 2015, 100 years later, we honor Shalom Aleichem’s will and relive the stories of our ancestors, bringing to life the humor and tragedy of survival in the shtetls of the Russian Empire.
Come see this transformational adaptation of Fiddler on the Roof without the glimmer of Broadway.
The show is presented in Russian with English subtitles. (translation to English by Lina Zeldovich). PLEASE NOTE that subtitles are not easily seen when seated at rows 1-5. If you need to read subtitles in English, please purchase tickets for rows 6 and above.
