ABOUT DONNA RUBENOFF
Donna Rubenoff was an educational advocate for children with special needs for 12 years. Advocating for children and their families to reach their full potential was her way of helping them appreciate and develop their unique abilities. During a time of stress, Donna discovered meditation and studied mind body techniques. As a peer leader at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at MGH, she mentored those with stress related illnesses to help them elicit the relaxation response through meditation. At the same time, Donna became involved in studying the Torah and is inspired by the teachings of Torah as well as by Buddhism. She found that these ancient wisdom traditions deepen our understanding of ourselves through a spiritual connection. Donna leads meditation groups in the Greater Boston Area.
