Each fall, Ma’ayan is proud to present the Rosalie Katchen Memorial Lecture, in memory of our friend and former Board member, Rosalie Katchen, A”H. Friends, family and community members are invited to sponsor the event in her memory. This fall, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Yael Ziegler to speak.

Attention Maimo parents! If you need another reason to come…
Dr. Ziegler will be speaking to high school students at Maimonides on Monday morning, the day after the Ma’ayan lecture, on the very same topic. We invite you to join us on Sunday night so you can enjoy the same Torah as your children and discuss it together.

She lives in Alon Shvut, Israel, with her husband and their five children. Dr. Ziegler is the author of Promises to Keep: The Oath in Biblical Narrative and Ruth: From Alienation to Monarchy.
